Glynis Ross-Munro, President of Competency and Performance Solutions, is a training and business consulting specialist. She has many years experience in analyzing business issues, and in creating innovative learning interventions. She has worked with national and international companies as a thinking partner in business and managerial strategies, and implemented many learning and development programs.

Glynis has broad experience in diversity, generations, business and service processes, management, team development, writing and thinking skills training, and has developed dozens of programs for both operational and strategic management. She has worked with companies in a range of industries including Bridgestone/Firestone, Biostat, IBM, MTN, BMW, Ernst & Young, Deloittes, Alexander Forbes, Ceridian, Tech Data, Siemens, Volkswagen-Audi, Sasol, Iscor, Sappi HSBC, Guardbank, Liberty Life, the Poynter Institute and many others.

Glynis has three degrees in industrial psychology and educational psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of South Africa. She is qualified in competency-based training assessment through City and Guilds of London and is based in Tampa, Florida. She has traveled on six continents, speaks three languages, and has a diverse and international heritage. CPS is certified as an ethically-minority owned business by the Florida Minority Supplier Development Council and as a women-owned business by the State of Florida.

Glynis is VP-Communications for the American Society of Training and Development, and an executive director of the International Business Summit. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement, and a member of the Sandler President’s Club.

GregGreg Ross-Munro, Vice-President of Competency and Performance Solutions, has a bachelors degree in Industrial Psychology, and an MBA (IT and Management) from USF. He also holds a Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship degree from USF. Greg’s expertise in technology is a asset to CPS’s consulting solutions, and he has also been a driving force behind CPS’s “Managing the Millenials.”

Greg has a minor in Japanese, and worked in Japan between his bachelors and masters degree programs. He was Business Manager of the Oracle (the USF self-financing newspaper) and also published a humorous student-written newspaper which was a significant success in the Millennial market in Tampa. He closed this to work with the St Petersburg Times as an innovation and business development resource. Greg, like many Millennials, is a multi-tasker. Hilton Ross-Munro is Vice President of  Administration and Finance for CPS. Hilton is an attorney admitted to practice in South Africa and Lesotho and was the managing partner of a legal firm for many years. Munro Flowers Vermaak is still a highly regarded South African legal firm. CPS benefits from Hilton’s attention to detail and knowledge of financial matters.

Hilton is a director of the International Business Summit and interested in the role of women-owned, minority-owned and veteran-owned small businesses. His undergraduate degree was in Economics and he has always been interested in economic development. He spends many hours each month on his commitment to the growth of the Tampa Bay economy.
